CNC Machinery:

Our factory space contains CNC machinery which is linked to our CAD & CAM station which can produce extremely complicated shapes and construction methods with ease and a computer controlled panel saw to ensure tolerance are adhered to. We also have machines to carry out all timber mouldings and an edge banding machine for veneer or solid PVC edging, in addition we have an on site spray shop for a complete manufacturing process.

LG Hi-Macs, Solid Surfacing:

We are the Birmingham registered agents for LG HI-MACS solid surfacing and offer a 15 year warranty on the material. This is an alternative to Corian and is a more cost effective solution which has been favoured by many health authorities, hospitals and designers.
